time and relative dimension in space

I just flew home from a trip to see family! Was supposed to arrive at 5:45 yesterday evening. Actually arrived 10:15 this morning. Am very tired.

But I'm watching the Tonys red carpet and making myself stay awake for the Tonys. I'm rooting for Hadestown to win All The Things, and I'm 99% sure they will win Most Of The Things.

I will also be happy if The Prom wins something/a few things/please stay open The Prom.

Sixteen-hour shifts are not something I enjoy.

YAY! The Joyce/Yeats essay is done! Finished! It's five pages of BS and a really awful conclusion, because really what I had to say could be said in maybe three pages but I had to stretch it out, but anyway it's done and I can stop thinking about it!

That was way too many exclamation points!


OKAY. Hopefully tomorrow I will have time to get gifties uploaded for those of you who are awaiting gifties. Today I be selfish; I know when I posted my wishlist a handful of people asked for specific fic requests, so under the cut find a ridiculously long list of prompts for the fandoms/pairings/whatevers I have been craving most recently.

( some of these I don't think anyone on my flist writes, but oh well! )

I'm not actually expecting anything (although kawaiispinel already wrote me TOTALLY AWESOME Olive/Alfredo fic of the UTTERLY PERFECT kind), but just so it's out there, y'know?

So I'm a bit belated, but anyway, it's National Coming Out Day! So just in case you didn't already know, yes, I'm biaesthetic aromantic asexual. And I have a nonsexual life partner of the same sex, who happens to be heterosexual...that would be my girl Niki who you have doubtless heard me enthuse about at length, and some of you know her online. And some of you are her. Hi, babe! I miss you. Come see me.

Mostly that paragraph was just an excuse to use the words biaesthetic, aromantic, asexual, and nonsexual, because I like the way they sound, especially when they're all strung together like that.

If you're thinking I haven't slept much recently and am slightly incoherent, you're right!

burn research/notes/groundplans/design statements onto CD-RW

Present it all tomorrow at 1!
