Hello, I exist.

Thank you to everyone who commented on my going-away-for-a-bit post. It helped, you have no idea how much. ♥ I'm starting to be a functioning person again, so I figured ... time to come back?

Just a quick overview of things, and then I'm going to pretend that the past month-ish didn't exist.

I kind of want to make a fanvid set to a Volapük track, but since the only idea I have is 'huh, it would be kind of cool to make a fanvid set to a Volapük track' and not, you know, a story idea or a concept or even a fandom, it probably won't happen.

It would be kind of cool, though.



I need a project I can focus on for a while. Are there any interesting thirty-day memes going around?

Ngl, I kind of really want to own this thing. Okay, it looks kind of inferior to my trusty Wave, and it's only available through a Japanese outlet whose website I have no idea how to navigate, BUT IT'S AWESOME. XD

Whatever, I'm a sucker for shiny things, we know that.


SO APPARENTLY the rest of the performances of Little Hotel are all sold out. Yayy! Especially since at the beginning of the season we were all predicting it to be "the best show of the season that NO ONE will see".

Hamlet, on the other hand, is underselling. *sadfaces a bit*

I just bought two tickets to the Pogues' March 21 Massachusetts show. (HOUSE OF BLUES, CAMBRIDGE, BABY!)

*flail* I have no clear idea how teh Niki and I will get there, if we'll both be able to get the time off work, if we'll be able to afford a motel room and all that stuff, but I BOUGHT THE TICKETS SO WE BETTER BE GOING.

Yes. I love Shane to the degree where I will be completely out of mind and spend over $100 on tickets to a concert when I don't know if I can actually go.

Oh God what have I done.
