Hey, remember last week when I said I thought this next episode would be more my speed? WELL IT TOTALLY WAS.

Seriously, I loved this episode. I was totally engrossed from beginning to end. Highlights included Victor's deadpan "We're all dead", and all the Victor/Sierra stuff, and Echo's scenes with Topher, but I loved it all.

Oh, oh! Another highlight: in the wardrobe room, when Victor's all "Maybe it's stuff from our previous lives?" and then pulls out the rentboy pants and is like "Uh, never mind, forget I said that."

Victor was way on this episode, yo.

Topher trying desperately to explain the science in layman's terms and also save his own skin from Echo was brilliant. 'Cause he babbles and she just does not want to hear it. Interesting how utterly convinced she was that she would not have volunteered.

The November/Mellie stuff was really sad. :/ From when she fell to her knees in front of the baby carriage to falling asleep at her daughter's graveside. Just heartbreaking.

Paul finding out that Mellie was a doll is going to have interesting repercussions.

Sierra's kind of badass, man. I mean, yeah, she lets Victor beat up Norman for her, which isn't badass but was weirdly cute, but she's also a major instigator in the escape, and gets snarky when people disagree with her, and...agency. Is what I'm getting at. Also I maybe have kind of a crush on her now.

I'm sad Mike didn't escape with them. His spiel about potassium and the earth's core was adorkable.

So, in short: Favorite episode so far.
