I've listed five words I use often (too often even) in fanfics. Your job is to write a one-sentence fic inspired by each one. (Any fandom is OK, even if I don't follow it.) Then list your own five favorite words in your journal and see how they inspire your friends.

My dad was and is a big fan, and I was watching the show before I was old enough to really understand what I was watching, and I have to say it likely helped shape a lot of the ways I look at the world. "Quo Vadis, Captain Chandler?" is an episode that has always stayed with me very strongly; particularly the following exchange:

"Tell me, is it true that God answers all prayers?"
"Yes. But sometimes the answer is 'no'."
