1) Go to the LJ admin console: http://www.livejournal.com/admin/console/

2) paste in: set opt_exclude_stats 1

3) Hit the 'execute' button

This turns off the crappy script LJ has going where it inspects and tries to modify all the outgoing links in every LJ post you look at. (They're trying to insert themselves as an affiliate on Amazon links etc to squeeze a few extra cents for themselves. It's pretty shady.)

This only stops the script when you're logged in, though, so keep that in mind.

I have a DW fic for lgbtfest to finish, not to mention that I still haven't finished the first draft of my NaNo, and you know what my brain is doing? Putting together a new original fic verse. (It's cyberpunk!) You fail, brain. (Except it's kind of an awesome fic verse. But still. Now is not the time!)
