Oh, Seannie, I do love you. And the jukebox idea was a good one. But you should really go back to school, not work for Jimmy.
And Joey remains made of win.
And Kevin...Kevin, I love you lots. Even though you are incredibly stupid and need to be enrolled in GA right now. But how much did I love Kevin and Tommy beating up the guy for the money in the middle of the street in broad daylight?
*Kevin slugs guy*
TOMMY: "What'd you do that for?"
KEVIN: "That's how you do it, Tommy. I don't know what to tell you." *kicks him* "What, did you think he was just gonna give us the money?"
TOMMY: "Look, we know you have the money, so just give it to us."
*guy gives up money. Kevin peruses it*
KEVIN: "It's sweaty!"
GUY: "I told you, I was working all day!"
*Kevn and Tommy wander off, still arguing about methods*
GUY: *calls after them* "Hey, Kev! I'm good now, right? I can bet again this week?"
KEVIN: "Yeah, of course."
"Oh, don't cry. Don't cry, that's not fair."
Of course he's Newton.
Dokey continues to creep me out.
Am still shipping Tommy/Kate because they are messed up on several levels. Also Matthew is cute and obviously likes Tommy.
"I know how to gamble, you don't." No, sweetie, you really don't.
"You're a good gambler, no matter what anyone says." Tommy lying through his teeth. Yay.
Although little Kevin is adorable.
The last thing his father ever said to him???
"For a lucky guy, Kevin, you're the worst gambler in the world. I put everything we had on Butterbro. Your first pick. You pulled through, Kevin." Tommy, I LOVE YOU. ♥
Oh, Jimmy...you're...you're an ass. Sorry, but you are.
Seannie...
Final rating: 9/10. Love this show, ys.
Also WOE.
In real life news, Midsummer continues to exhaust. The cast needs to learn their damn lines, plzkthnx. I had a psych test today that I was woefully underprepared for. I still have no real idea what I'm going to do for the Misanthrope set and I'm behind on my Shakespeare homework.
Tomorrow I meet with my adviser re: registration for next semester. Here is what I am thinking about taking:
-Theatre for Young Audiences
-Oral History & Performance
-Classics of American Cinema
Which leaves at least one more class required to qualify as a full-time student. I might see if I can do an independent study. Otherwise I'll end up taking an English or sociology class or something. I don't know. All my required classes, core and major-related, are done; out of all the theatre classes being offered this fall there's only two that I haven't taken already and I really don't want to take any hardcore work-intensive courses for my last semester.
Also need to figure out what I need in order to apply to grad school.
Finally, a Dresden Files quote:
"Sleep is god. Go worship."
