And so the third season of OUAT draws to a close.

PRINCE CHARLES AND PRINCESS LEIA. Oh my God, Emma. Seriously.

Everything to do with Emma in the past was delightful. Getting grumpy over wearing period-appropriate clothing! Completely screwing up the timeline because she gets fangirl-y over her parents meeting! Totally not expecting her actions to erase the fairytale book! Dressing up like a princess and seeing the appeals of royal balls! Stealing food and sharing it with fellow prisoners!

But Emma and Hook are terrible at not impacting the timeline. Which was also kind of delightful. Was Belle even out of the room before Emma was talking about the Rumple/Belle love story? STOP TALKING ABOUT THE FUTURE. And then Hook tries to talk Charming out of marrying Abigail. Good intentions, bad decision. (Lol, and then he tells Charming he wants his girlfriend's father to approve of him. "All the lengths you've gone to, he'd be crazy not to." "I hope you remember that.")

("What the hell are you doing here? You're depriving me of a dashing rescue." I'm still not feeling Emma/Hook, but this episode went a long way to making me warm up to Hook.)

And Snow and Charming basically reenact the same meeting they originally had but under different circumstances/in a different setting. ♥ I guess that settles the question of whether destiny exists in the Enchanted Forest!

Oh, and Rumplestiltskin continues his trend of making bad decisions, because that's what he does. Although at least he made the correct choice in the end, to take the forgetting potion instead of trying to change the future!

ABIGAIL AND RUBY CAME BACK AND I WAS DELIGHTED. I still miss Cinderella, but I'll take what I can get. They even had a brief shot of Aurora at the coronation ceremony!

And Emma's bewilderment over Evil Queen!Regina! "She's even worse without the severe pantsuits."

As for the Storybrooke part of the story...Ugh, Rumplestiltskin. Using Belle as your unwitting alibi was a dick move. Belle was adorable in the wedding, but ugh, that's going to backfire horribly as soon as she finds out what he did. Why can't you be honest with her for five minutes, you idiot.
("I have not spent my life losing you. I have spent my life finding you." D: "Sometimes the best book has the dustiest jacket, or sometimes, the best teacup is chipped." DAMN IT.)

The Neal/Emma flashback broke my heart a little. I just really love them, okay? "What's your story, Neal?" "That's an interesting choice of words..." And she adopts his definition of home. :(

Also I still think Blue is evil and I still have zero proof for this.

PLEASE don't let the return of Marian reset Regina's character arc, GDI REGINA YOU SHOULD BE PAST THIS BLAMING PEOPLE FOR TRYING TO DO THE RIGHT THING AND HAVING IT BACKFIRE FROM IGNORANCE

IS THAT ELSA? THAT'S TOTALLY ELSA OMG I REALLY WANT SEASON FOUR NOW JUST FOR ELSA EVEN IF SHE'S THE NEXT BIG BAD IT'S ELSA

I'm looking forward to seeing how the Regina/Robin/Marian dynamic is going to go. Robin wasn't JUST Regina's true love, but he is supposed to be hers as well. This is going to be interesting!

There's so many interesting things they can do with the Regina/Robin/Marian storyline, and I'm really hopeful for it. They're both his True Love! They're both in love with him! It's going to be fascinating.
