I had a huge crush on Alex at the time. And I'm pretty sure I didn't see the immense embarrassing dorkiness of Lenni's raps until I was older.

It's kind of depressing how uninvolved I was in the Tony Awards tonight. :| Like, there were only two or three awards where I had strong feelings on who should win and I was invariably disappointed on them. And I'm really mad Finian's didn't take home a single award. Plus, wayyy too much Hollywood. THIS IS MY BROADWAY NIGHT. :|

There were a few highlights (Karen Olivo on crutches presenting the Creative Awards with Gregory Jbarra! Marian Seldes' acceptance speech! Bernadette Peters! Kristin Chenoweth, Nathan Lane, and Bebe Neuwirth snarking about their lack of nominations! Sean Hayes making fun of Spiderman the Musical and Lea Michele at the same time!) but yeah. Aside from that, not really feeling it this year.

Ummmm.

Probably Seamus Harper from Andromeda.

He embodies a lot of my narrative kinks (snarky, bitter genius who uses humor to cover up his traumatic past and general badassness!) and also Gordon Michael Woolvett is wonderful. And he gets the best lines. And he's from Boston. And he talks about Harley-Davidsons and Pacman and the Silver Surfer. And he placed 48th out of ten thousand in the Pan-Galactic Surfing Championships!
