Hey, you know how every year I say that I'm never going to work a Regis Glee Club concert again? This year when I say it, I get to mean it!

...my hands are cold. :(

Also I'm really not digging LiveJournal's new flagging feature thing, mainly because a huge chunk of my flist is now behind lj-cuts that say nothing more informative than "this post may contain material unsuitable for minors" or whatever it is. *sulks*


In brighter news:

"The Wizard & I": queer/trans anthem, y/n? assiduous1 and I were listening to John Barrowman's cover of the song last night -- and then Idina's, and then Julia's, just to be fair -- and realized that the lyrics work really well for that.

We also, y'know, watched Newsies and found even more slash than ever before (holyshit I never noticed Blink's arm around Boots before, or how utterly casual Boots is about it...and the Skittery/Bumlets!) and also she has been won over to the awesomecakes that is Olive/Alfredo.
