James was amazing. There was that one tiny moment where Shawn whispers to Gus that they're looking for a blue sedan, and Gus immediately shouts that information to the cops, and it was so tiny but it completely shattered me. Major props to James, and to Dule too.
There were some awesome callbacks to the rrest of the series! Ally Sheedy, the "Weekend Warriors" and "Spellingg Bee" nods, the high-school girlfriend and Shawn's mom -- it was really heavy in awesome continuity.
