I *love* Emerson cracking up uncontrollably when confronted with Sister Olive. It's so him, and her unsurprised reaction is perfect. "Her words went unheard..."
"What got thee to a nunnery?"
"Oh, Emerson. You really want to know?"

My Olive/Alfredo-loving heart is getting tempted to the Olive/Emerson side.
"We got a new waitress, Brandy, Candy, I dunno, someone named after booze or food."
Awww, Chuck missed Olive. ♥
"We assumed you would be Italian."
"...We are. Italian. Part-time."
Sister La Rue is kind of awesome. "I knew this aftermath was [bell]. Where's my [bell] diamonds?"
NUN ON THE RUN! "We're so going to hell." I love this show. It's so...irreverent? Is that the word I'm looking for? It's so AWESOME, is the point.
She's from a long line of longshoremen. *dies* Also, Ned walking backwards with the candles? Gorgeous.
"She's the closest thing to a sister I have." Okay, yeah, the girllove is strong with this episode, and it makes me very happy.
Olive's so *tiny* next to Emerson. And I still love how cute she is in her nun's habit.
"CDs?? Magazines?? Top-shelf femcare?!"

*picking up the pads* "I'm, I'm busy."
"smuggled ice into the penguin house -- " I love how the show's writers use language, it's so clever and quirky and awesomely visual.
Also, the proxy high-five is WIN.
I like how jumpy Ned is about using bad language in the convent.

"Swiss German."
Ned is much better at recognizing accents than I am.
The nun and the chef...that's weirdly cute. "One night, his guest surprised him with dessert."
"We made love...here." I like how Emerson slowly puts his food down, and Ned thinks about it and keeps eating.
"Great job peace be with you and also with you" Olive how can you be THAT CUTE when you're THAT MAD?
"I know you're upset, but let's talk."
"Why should we do that?"

"Really? Have you thought about me even once since I left?"
Oh, God. Olive putting all their relationship issues out in the open where they can't pretend them away anymore is heartbreaking and wonderful and amazing.
Olive's temper tantrum is weirdly adorable.
Ned is really thick sometimes. Olive trying to communicate to Ned through charades is...a wonderful scene. "So...Aunt Lily had a baby...29 years ago...right around when Chuck was born...so...Chuck has a cousin who's not really her cousin 'cause they're not really her aunts." "You are killing me here." "So...not really her aunts...not her cousin...Aunt Lily is Chuck's mother."
"I'm a person with no past and no future." Awww, Chuck. *hugs*
I love that Sister Superior caught on to their pop culture aliases.
Ned's backstory just keeps getting sadder and sadder, doesn't it?
"Now calm down and try to find inner peace!"
Olive assaulted a priest and it was still somehow very...Win.
"Sister LaRue's secret truffle laboratory" -- win. AGAIN.
Oh no! "It was a secret she would be taking to her grave. Again." Chuck!
Chuck, that looks painful and like your hands are probably screaming bloody murder by now. OLIVE SAVE HER.
"And I'm gonna lose the closest thing to a sister I have!" AWWW. I'm digging the girllove.
