In unrelated news, poking at eBay and Half.com re: the Pogues albums I'm missing, and found the EPs, of all things. *flail* Six bucks for the Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah EP on CD. I can't justify spending much money right now, given that whole "unemplyed" thing, but...six bucks. That's so not bad. Right?

6 bucks that can't be more than 4 quid it hardly counts as spending at all really, even when one is unemployed. It's more like a saving actually I mean you might not see it that cheap again, and end up paying more.

It is! It's remarkably cheap! And I might never find it again, much less for this cheap!

Six dollars is a steal. Though it depends how much they want for shipping. They might get you there. But still.

And also, I am the queen of spending money while unemployed... And this last period of unemployment, I did it without a credit card! I bought lots of stuff. Loooots. Of course, I got into a car accident and got money from the insurance company, but even before then I managed.

I wound up buying it. Because I have no willpower. Yay! Three dollars for the CD itself and another three for the shipping. Not bad.

It's way more fun to spend money than to earn it. Which is...not unexpected, but possibly not a good thing, if you spend more than you've earned. And that's one of the reasons I don't have a credit card.

I do agree that spending is much more fun than earning. Also credit cards are not a good idea if you are unemployed.
