I have not read the preview chapters yet. I do remember reading on JB's Twitter that he laughed evilly while writing the last few chapters. ALSO NOT ENCOURAGING. *Flailyhands*

...I think I'm just going to go back to reading A Local Habitation, which is narrated by a female!faerie!Dresden, and try to not spaz about this at least until I actually have the book in my hands.

I've got up to A Wizard's Dilemma in my Young Wizards reread, so that's...not actually helping my flail. But at least with YW it's familiar flail.

It's definitely going to be at least a bit until I can steel myself to read it.
