People should not schedule dry tech and cue-to-cue to be on the same day and separated only by an hour. That hour break will not happen and dry tech will not be complete by the time cue-to-cue starts.
All right, all right, to be fair, it was a relatively painless cue-to-cue especially considering that when it started we had less than half of the show programmed into the light board. And that we were simultaneously training the sound tech and the lighting tech, neither of whom are at all familiar with running a show and halfway make me wish I was doing all the crew work myself except then I would truly be dead. I would be worried about the state of the Regis' theater's tech crew after I leave except I WON'T BE HERE ANYMORE and therefore I don't have to care. Haha. I'm evil, I guess.
We open on Thursday. *flail muchly*
Meme!
Comment and I'll pick seven of your icons, and then you will explain why you love/are using the icon (who doesn't love talking about their icons, seriously) and then post your explanation/this meme in your journal for other people to squee about their icons, and basically it will be a huge squeefest of love and 100x100 square pixels.

It is obviously completely impossible to have an OTP in the strictest sense of the phrase that involves Captain Jack Harkness. That said, were I to have one, it would be Jack/Estelle because OMG. SO CUTE. With the hugging and the kissing and the utter adoration of each other. And I swear, the one thing in Torchwood that broke my heart above all others was realizing that Estelle thought Jack had grown up and forgotten her and married someone else and had kids with someone else and *flail*

Animorphs quote. Ax, obviously. I use this icon a lot, actually, whenever somebody on LJ tells me about something that is so completely bizarre and wrong that I have to express disbelief towards our species.

Another Animorphs quote, Jake to Marco. It has so far failed to be directly relevant to any conversation I have had on LiveJournal but I love that moment so much I couldn't not have the icon.

Raúl as the Arbiter in Chess, with one of my favorite Chess quotes (second only to "Their mother cried/for no one really likes their offspring fighting to the death"). And kind of the way I've always felt about the game itself, too.

I have a longterm love affair with novelty T-shirts...y'know, T-shirts with random sayings or witty slogans or whatever printed on them? Yeah. Anyway, xkcd did sendup of novelty T-shirts, starting with "I see dumb people", hitting a lot of the popular snarky antisocial sayings, getting progressively more desperate, and bookending it with "Oh God I'm so alone". And it ends with "Maybe if this T-shirt is witty enough, someone will finally love me." In lieu of actually buying the T-shirt since I have no money, I have commemorated it in an icon. And, you know. Maybe it'll come true.

Jeremy & Juliet Darling, two of my newest obsessions (Dirty Sexy Money). ♥
kawaiispinel's suggestion of Asexual!Juliet and NonsexualLifePartner!Jeremy is totally my fanon and I had to make an icon to celebrate it. Because they so are.

Pushing Daisies' private investigator Emerson Cod. I love him and his deadpan snark and his less-than-thrilled reaction to the dead girl who isn't dead. ("Do they touch much?" "Wish they would.") This is actually brand new and I just added it so I haven't gotten any use out of it yet, but I foresee quite a lot.
