You can change the world by changin someone, and maybe that's what we're put on Earth for
Hey, vidders on my flist: Has anyone else been getting spammed more than usual over at YouTube lately? Not just in comments--although I've been getting a ton of those--but I've also been getting spam PMed to me way more often than I used to.

1. List seven habits/quirks/facts about yourself.
2. Tag seven people to do the same.
3. Do not tag the person who tagged you or say that you tag whoever wants to do it.
1. I utterly fail at remembering dates, times, and anything else that involves numbers. I just, really cannot remember numbers--I invert them and replace them randomly and in the end wind up with a date, time, or other number that bears almost no resemblance to the original.
2. There are maybe twelve people in the world who like the musical "Brooklyn". I am one of them. It's sappy and sentimental and preachy and I love it anyway. (Also, hey, Cleavant Derricks.)
3. I have an innate fear of throwing away/deleting things. Even when I know I have no use for them and probably never will again. I still can't stand to get rid of them, because I just know that as soon as I do I'll want it back.
4. I can remember scenes from books, movies, and TV shows that I haven't seen in years with stunning clarity. Unfortunately, these scenes are generally only snippets and I can't remember the greater context so it's a bit useless as far as it goes.
5. I tend to spend money on things that I can't afford and don't need. :( Which is hardly exclusive to me, but still.
6. I've actually had to ask classmates to make sure that my name is printed on assignments before I hand them in. It's not that I can't look at said assignments and see my name there, it's that as soon as I glance away from it for three seconds I start doubting my own memory, and this is making me sound insane but it's true.
7. I can't sleep with the airconditioner next to my bed on. Or, well, no, that's inaccurate. I can sleep with it on, but then when I wake up I'm sneezing and coughing and feel lousy, so I don't. I always turn it off before I go to bed. Despite the fact that this means I'm sleeping in rather intense heat, I can't fall asleep without a blanket of some sort. *flails*

Totally me. XD It ticks Mom off, because I always have to look at my ID to see what my SS number is.

But.... But... EDEN?! No, seriously, I thought more people liked that show for it is so much win and cute-ness. Huh. Well, I happen to love it.

XD That's me too. It's especially bad if I remember things, but don't know where they're actually from. I had a line of dialogue stuck in my head for years before I finally figured out where I originally got it from.

Hrmm. Maybe I've been hanging out in the wrong circles? 'Cause I've mostly read reviews that rag on it for being too sentimental and preachy, and on one of the Bway comms one person actually apologized for liking it, WTF.
I think it's adorable and I love it to pieces.

But I know a lot of Wicked fen, so that might explain why I'm aware of so many people who love that show, because Eden is sort of a living legend when it comes to the former and she hasn't really had any other shows besides those two.

But that makes a lot of sense, that Wicked fen would be predisposed to think higher of Brooklyn than other groups. It's v. sad that it's not more widely well-thought-of, though.

Take my ottoman, for example. For the past two years or more, I have been dumping all my junk on the top. I just cleared the junk so I could stick my printer there. I have not opened it in several years, but if anyone suggested going through it and throwing stuff out, I couldn't do it.

If my account gets deleted I'll start uploading somewhere else, but that's difficult, inconvenient, and rationalizing the familiar is easy. ;D
