"Isn't that Alfredo's ringtone?" "Yes, he's been harassing me."

Do you have any idea how excited I was to see Alfredo again? DO YOU? He's so great. "Are you crazy? That's a half-million-dollar car!"

Kind of fun, in a weird way, to see Joan interacting with a former client. "I take the anonymous part seriously." "Actually that's kind of one of the reasons I wanted to see you..."

And then there's Sherlock's incredible awkwardness upon meeting Randy. "Yep! Yep. Excellent idea. Alfredo's helped me immensely. You're in excellent hands." "ACTUALLY I WAS TALKING ABOUT YOU."

Joan pointing out that, actually, dropping your own stuff to go deal with someone else's crises is inconvenient for everyone, not just Sherlock, was a pretty excellent moment, too.

"I've always had compassion for the victims of the crimes I solve..."
That whole scene was lovely.

Also everything Sherlock and Joan said at the art gallery, and I resent not having written it down.

But then it ends with this dude trying to recruit Bell away and nooo, I don't want to lose Bell. :(

(Well, no, it actually ends with Sherlock talking to Randy, which is a much funnier scene while also being fairly affecting. "He has taught me how to get the very most out of the 'program'." But emotionally it ends with Bell being offered a new job.)

TBH I was not really feeling the case? But the Sherlock/Joan, Sherlock/Alfredo, and Joan/Chloe interactions were enough to rate this episode a thumbs up.
