New Doctor Who trailer! It is cheesy and ridiculous and also fabulous, omg. Do want.

(Costumer/accent/monster spoilers, but it looks like it's all specially-shot-for-the-trailer footage rather than clips-from-the-upcoming-episodes footage, if that informs any spoilerphobe's decision whether to watch it or not at all.)

AMY! She's so ridiculously pretty. And we finally get to hear her speak properly! I could listen to her talk all day. YAY SCOTTISH.

Also YAY WEEPING ANGELS. I am reserved on how I feel about the Daleks until I see whether in context it's going to be more "Dalek" or "Daleks In Manhattan."

I'm kind of ridic excited about the new series, if it's not obvious.

Is it bad that most of my squee over the trailer is because of the cheese? :D

That was one of the major appeals of the original series imo.
