It's kind of funny to watch people try to reconcile the bits they consider vital DW with early canon that hadn't thought of that yet. XD Or later canon that forgot about it. Or auxiliary canon that felt free to ignore it.

It's been a while since I watched Slide Like An Egyptian, does it provide an easy fanwank? I'd be okay with that. It's not that I don't like the later Sliders, it's just that it's very obvious that they're not the same ones. Remmy's mystery Navy past notwithstanding.
