It's totally Charlie/Claire. He's an ex-rocker with a drug habit and a need to feel responsible for someone, she's a single mom coping with abandonment issues and a need to feel independent. Their flaws don't fit each other at all. And yet it is somehow perfect and I love them and while intellectually I am aware that Claire probably moved on to a relationship with someone else in the years and years of long life she has post-Island in my headcanon, I nevertheless can't actually bear to imagine the details of that. Because Charlie is her soul mate.
